I apologize, I was looking at the wrong set of symbols.
We do have capfast symbols that were revised first by Nick Reese and
are having additional revisions made here by Eric Bjorklund.   These are not the
same as the capfast symbols that were originally distributed from LANL.  
The new ones which we are currently using appear to have the pproc properties set properly.  
Eric is also working on revisions to e2sr.   I will let Eric and/or Nick respond as to how
and when these revisions will be available to the rest of the EPICS community.
