You should contact Phase Three Logic. Recently I've found a similar error 
with a very simple schematic using 

SCH2EDIF: CapFast EDIF 2 0 0 Writer, Release 2.2.74
Copyright (c) Phase Three Logic, Inc. 1987-1994.

with Solaris 2.4. I contacted Phase Three Logic (sending them the schematic
and the netlist). They sent me a SunOS version and then a new Solaris version. 
Now I've got the following release that seems works Ok:
