I've built arrwish under the same conditions, except with BLT
1.9, and it runs successfully.  An explicit definition of "main"
now appears in arrAppInit.c since tclDummyMainPtr is no longer
defined.  In addition, many changes to the arr Tcl/Tk code were
necessary.  I see problems with reading the time stamp in some
files--we're working on that.
