The problem could be any number of things, but the first thing I'd
suggest is to talk to Ken Sidorowicz ([email protected]) or Dave Wallis
([email protected]) and get our "improved" version of fm2html and
see if that works better (No guarantees implied).  Dave fixed some
file pointer problems which were causing graphics problems and added
a couple features that I thought had been overlooked in the original.

And, a reminder, we haven't gotten fm2html to work for Frame5, yet,
so if you are trying to use it on a Frame5 document that may be what
the problem is.
