All seriousness aside, we are expecting to make beta 13 the official
3.12.0 release. Anyone that has an issue with that should contact me.

We have held this release up ad-infinitum to fold back in the support
for all of the additional platforms. I hope it was worthwhile for everyone.
(or most everyone.)

We need to start making plans for the 3.12.1 release. Some things that are
needed for the plan are:
any new record types, device support, driver support
extensions to channel access - I believe the portable server will show up here.
cdev
IOC core - some talk about online add/delete
        some talk about archiving functions on the low level

please forward plans to me so that we can put a plan together.
