Hi Folks,
I've just compiled free_gdct for Alpha/DigitalUNIX. I'll make it
available statically-linked when I've got it debugged - I found it necessary
to use DEC c++ rather than g++ to get InterViews up and running (and at $1k,
the cost of the c++ compiler is a bit steep for some).
The appearance of the free_gdct interface is a bit lack-luster. gdct
had a more robust `3d' appearance. Am I missing a resources file which would
add the hunkyness I crave??
In other news, I've managed to get Tim's motor record & support for
the OMS 8 controller compiled/built/&running on my Alpha. We are now driving
motors around & ready for installation in August.
Tony
