RE: software dustribution via WWW

1) Each web page of EPICS extensions should have either a link to all other
   pages of same, or a pointer to page of all pointers, so if someone starts
   in the middle of the tree, he can find the rest.

2) Eventually there will be pages of CDEV applications, which may be thought
   of as EPICS extensions.  I'd like to handle these in a similar way, with
   cross links between the two.

3) For DOE sites, we will eventually be able to distribute all files via
   DFS (secure, WAN distributed file system), and this may impact what we
   put on the web pages -- I'm not sure exactly how yet.
