	I think so. Perhaps you could have "ftp://"; pointers all at APS
	but some of them would point elsewhere, for example, to LANL for
	OPI.  Also, many of the APS extensions are quite APS-specific
	and should be split off.

	Again, it would convenient to have pointers in one place, and
	you could have pointers to your local copies as well as to the
	standard master sites.  That way APS is not responsible for
	having the very latest version.  I would keep only the original
	xxx.tar.Z.

	I just found out for CVS you must include RCS and DIFF-UTILS.
	For et_wish you need BLT and TCL-DP?

	What else?
