We intend to use EPICS for the control of an adaptive optics system for
an astronomical telescope.

One of the VME crates should provide up to 15 serial interfaces (RS-232)
and 10-12 analog inputs. However, we were wondering which VME boards or
modules are supported by EPICS. The List of Supported Hardware distributed
through the ANL WWW server seems to be somewhat out of date (1993).

Any hints/comments/suggestions on the choice of hardware are highly
appreciated. Thanks a lot in advance!
