CaWave

	A bug is accidentally introduced in the caGet function in CaWave.
	In getting the array values back. The caGet (from the EPICS 3.12.1 build) 
	always returns the whole array back for the non-scalar type of record, 
	unless the keyword '/monitor' is specified. If fewer than the
	native count to be returned, a user should temporarily use the
	'/monitor' keyword. If the requested pvname is not monitored, just
	ignore the '...not monitored yet' message.  This problem will
	be fixed in the next EPICS build.
