This message results from the EPICS resource manager detecting that the NI
resource manager has already configured your NI VXIcpu-030 based system. When
this situation occurs the EPICS resource manager will exit early (without
modifying the system). Normally a single resource manager is responsible for
system configuration when a VXI system initializes.
The above message needs to be modified to indicate the cause of the problem
(and not just the symptom).
Many existing EPICS VXI drivers use calls in the EPICS VXI library that
rely on tables built by the EPICS VXI resource manager.
