Subject: NI VXIcpu-030

When I run EPICS 3.11 on my National Instruments VXIcpu-030s, I get the message:

VXI internal failure VXI resman: NI cpu030 init failed

during iocInit time.  The NI supplied resman (version 2.6.1) is started at boot 
time.  There are no modules other than the VXIcpu-030 in the VXI crate.  What 
does this message mean?  What should I do about it?
