In the light of Nick Rees' comments about interdependence between the astronomy 
sites, and thinking specifically about the UK, would it not make more sense to 
use RO = Royal Observatories?  This would cover RGO, ROE, LPO and UKIRT/JCMT, 
and given our likelyhood of developing stuff for each other I think we ought to 
try and keep a common release.
