For what it's worth, what Marty says about Frame->html is also true with
respect to Word->html. The rtftohtml filter does not work properly on an
arbitrary Word file; rather the Word file must be formatted using the "styles"
which rtftohtml expects. In general this means that a Word document must be
written from scratch for html, or extensively reformatted to work to
rtftohtml.
Using the correct styles does produce nice looking html output.
