I am having a problem getting the archiver to archive AI records when
the value doesn't change.  According to the documentation, as long as
ADEL is 0, then AR should archive *all* records, regardless of values.
This is not the case here.  I'm using defaults for all fields except for
SCAN, DTYP, INP, and HOPR so my AI records are pretty basic.  Here's
my archive request file:

NAME:	temp
DESC:	Test archive for throughput and data validity
ACT:   	demand
INACT: 	demand
SAMPLE:	monitor
OUTPUT:	chan:bin
%endHeader%
ai1
ai2
ai3
ai4

AR displays "no_data" for those values which haven't changed.  I monitored
the actual data and verified that "no_data" occurs only when the data
hasn't changed between samples.  Any ideas?
