Scalable Fonts

Font sizes supported - 6-24, 35, 45, 55, 65, 75, 85, and 95

They are a compiler time option - in the Makefile for rti, gizmo, util, and edd - specified as -DSCALABLE_FONTS. This is in versions after 2.3 - remove it if you are not interested.
