Functionality

Given a subroutine record that contains: filename (including path) in DESC field a link to the waveform record’s VAL field in the INPA field a link to the waveform record’s NELM field in the INPB field a reference to the initialization routine fill_wave_init in the INAM field a reference to the fill array routine fill_wave in the SNAM field

The subroutine record will read in a list of channels from the file specified in the DESC field and make channel access connections to them

On each processing of the subroutine record, a channel access get will be issued for each channel in the list and the value will placed in the array
