Scans

This talk will describe the scanning software in synApps, show how to use it, and show how to ensure that scans involving several
ioc's, or channel-access clients, behave correctly.  Also, the talk will describe the operation of the saveData client, show how to
configure it, and describe the format of the data files it writes.
