I've had a request for a Base-3.14.12.7 release by the week of December
18th. I don't see a major problem with doing that given that it's just
incorporating bug-fixes; any objections to my putting out an -rc1 in the
next day or two?
Should we be releasing Base-3.15.6 soon as well? I might leave it until
January given the choice though.

It compiles without problems on all my architectures:
RHEL 7 x86_64 g++ and clang
SL6 x86 and x86_64
vxWorks 5.5, 6.2, 6.3, 6.6, 6.7 ppc603/604
ELDK 4.2 - 5.2 ppce500v2
Freescale Linux 2.0 ppc6400_64
Yocto 2.1 arm8_64
It does not compile on vxWorks 5.3 any more, but probably never claimed so.
