Hi Dirk—

Andrew has been testing EPICS 7 with vxWorks 6.9 so that is the only version that has been known to be supported. Thanks for your testing and investigation with earlier versions of vxWorks (and embedded Linux).

If I followed the email chain correctly, you now have patches to enable build with vxWorks 6.3, 6.6 and 6.7. Which version(s) of vxWorks do you anticipate being able to provide ongoing testing (with a continuous integration server) and help with troubleshooting? 

The EPICS 7.0.1 release candidate is coming soon, but additional supported targets can added later.
