I don't think so. I see what I was expecting.
I locally merged [1] and ran the tests for RTEMS-pc386. Found and fixed
a problem with recordTestHarness.
When running tests individually I found that epicsTimeZoneTest isn't
included the libComTestHarness though it probably should be. However, I
didn't add it yet as it doesn't pass w/ RTEMS 4.9 due to problems with
TZ=UTC cases.
