Yes.  So there is no active alarm.

Which means that the record's timestamp is 0, which suggests it has
never been processed.

Can you try doing something to make it process, then see if this changes
anything?

You didn't.  Not what I would have picked for a simple test case, but it
probably makes no difference here :)

I'm unsure.  I suspect there is some variable which hasn't been
identified.  I tried replicating with an aiRecord in a similar state (no
alarm and TIME==0), but can't get the alarm boarder in cs-studio nsls2
3.2.16a.
