Experimental Physics and Industrial Control System
|
Hi,
ITER/CODAC is gathering ammunition for some upcoming discussions
concerning regulation and the use of open source software - EPICS - for
a nuclear installation.
As far as I know, at some time in the past the DoE demanded that all
DoE-funded projects use EPICS for controls. Is that so? Is there any
written documentation of this - directly or as part of a committee report?
Thanks for your help,
~Ralph
