I added a comment to the code merge request earlier today, the existing
code won't load on all VxWorks BSPs (e.g. mv2100 & mv3100) due to them
using different names for the sys{In,Out}{16,32} functions, and the 68K
boards don't provide those PCIbus support routines at all.

Hopefully, we can work on the above now or at the next codeathon. :)

We are planning to use EPICS 3.15.x and some EPICS Version 4 services for the new LCLS 2
control system.
I have not checked as of yet but does devlib2 make its way into 3.15 ?
Many of our new IOCs, will be heavy on PCIExpress and using some type of embedded linux with the
appropriate patches for real-time.
