I was thinking we completely drop the separate libraries and just include the 
object files in whatever library you're building in the new location.  The 
header files obviously move with their associated sources.

These move to src/libCom/as and get included in libCom.a:
	asLib_lex.l
	asLib.y
	asLibRoutines.c
	asTrapWrite.c

This is a standalone program, found in src/libCom/as:
	ascheck.c
ascheck is currently linked with libca, but I've just proved that it doesn't 
need to be.

These move to src/ioc/db and get included in libDbIoc.a or whatever replaces 
it:
	asCa.c
	asDbLib.c
	asIocRegister.c

I think that should work, let me know if I've missed anything.
