thanks, this all confirms what I thought to be true.
One remark:

The current code unconditionally initializes CA with
ca_context_create(ca_enable_preemptive_callback)
and I don't believe this call has been available in 3.13. Anyway, the
code cannot be compiled with 3.13 as all the Makefiles use the 3.14
build system, and even if they were not I would readily drop support
for 3.13 in the new release. No one (especially no one who still uses
3.13) is in any way forced to upgrade to the new sequencer version.
