I would like to be able to publish a 3.14.12 pre-release version of Base 
before the BNL EPICS meeting, which means on October 8th.  Allowing an extra 
week for -pre testing because of the meeting, that puts the -RC1 on the 22nd, 
and the earliest date for the final release would be October 29th.

Does anybody have any problems with this time-scale?

We have already committed almost all of the Codeathon branches for 3.14.12 
that I discussed back in June, with the exception of the alarm-filter branch; 
if Eric and/or Bernd Schoeneburg would like to review that branch we still 
have time left to merge it.

I have been looking through the open bugs and trying to clean up/close out 
those that I know we've already fixed or that aren't fixable, but I could use 
some help with this.

Any other issues?
