Hello,

I committed a set of modifications based on your comments. The ezca
strings are gone in favour of "DBF_" strings. This was arbitrary and
it's only an indication for the printField function for how to print a
field.

My testing was limited to records of type ai, calc, mbbo, all running
locally on the same PC. Thanks for testing it on non-EPICS pvs!

I have now found the limitations of the parser. It chokes when, say, a
description includes the word "field".

Andrew, where can I find the better parser from the compiled dbd branch?
