The epics/base history has been successfully converted from CVS to Bazaar and 
uploaded to https://launchpad.net/epics-base
You will need to install a recent copy of the Bazaar DVCS software to make use 
of this for development, although launchpad provides the ability to browse the 
files and their revision history using a regular web browser.

Advice on how to use Bazaar for EPICS Base can be found on this Wiki page:

There are three release series branches published:
    lp:epics-base/3.12    Contains the 3.12 releases
    lp:epics-base/3.13    Contains the 3.13 releases
    lp:epics-base/3.14    Contains the 3.14 releases

The history from the CVS main trunk is available at
    lp:~epics-core/epics-base/cvs-trunk
but may be subject to some reorganization in the future.

Jeff: Continue developing against the cvs-trunk branch, I'm not going to do 
anything significant with this until January 4th at the earliest.
