Subject:	Dates for a Codeathon at Brookhaven?

Bob Dalesio has offered to host the next EPICS Codeathon at Brookhaven 
National Lab in New York, and we're wondering when would be the best time.  
If we hold it in the Spring we would be able to report progress at the 
Vancouver EPICS collaboration meeting just before PAC09 in May, but getting a 
good representation of core developers there is more important, hence the 
purpose of this email:

Do any of the core developers who are interested in attending have specific 
dates in the Spring or Summer that we should avoid, or alternatively any 
specific periods when they'd like us to schedule this?  Please let me know 
and we'll try to be as accommodating as we possible.
