Subject: R3.14.10-pre1

Just built 3.14.10-pre1 for "Red Hat Enterprise Linux WS release 4"
linux-x86 (gcc version 3.4.6) and vxWorks-ppc604_long (gcc-2.96) on an
MVME550, VxWorks version 5.5.1. All of the tests passed under Linux but
I haven't run them yet on the 5500.

I have built Eric Bjorklund's mrfTiming driver (V2-4-1) to test the
event receiver and generalTime and get the following, successful,
output:

----------------------------------------------------------------------------
