I'm off on vacation for a week, although I will be reading tech-talk and 
core-talk (but probably not posting much).  I'd like to be able to create the 
R3-14-10-pre1 release within a day or two after I get back (July 21st), so 
please check in any work that you have ready.

I committed changes to src/db, src/rsrv and src/misc the other day to 
implement the APIs for IOC redundancy.  Bernd please download the latest 3.14 
CVS snapshot and check out whether it does what you need/expect.  Others 
might want to see what 'iocPause' and 'iocRun' do to IOCs with real-world I/O 
devices.

Ernest: I have not committed Eric Bjorklund's devLib changes yet, I hope to 
get to them when I return.
