Do you have much (anything?) that you want to commit to R3.14.10 before the 
release?

We can probably run tests on Windows here or find someone else to do so — I 
wonder if Mark Rivers would be willing to help with that...

Is there anything else that you usually do for a release that you wouldn't be 
able to get done in time?  If it's testing the deadline would be July 31st, 
but if it's more than that it would have to be an earlier date.
