Actually that mountpoint doesn't seem to be being working from the new
phoebus server yet — you're not the only person with that particular
problem, we get exactly the same error here (plus lots of frustrating
pauses). I'm waiting for our IT group to put that directory back online
and have just entered the problem into our helpdesk system (having told
IT about it verbally yesterday). As long as you're pointing to mercury
(or venus) like the above you shouldn't have to change your CVSROOT at
all once everything is back to normal.
