The function epicsThreadDelete is just used for RMT. We will give it up

and change the relevant codes.

Ok, I will delete those file changes from the libCom patch.

    The function epicsTimeGetTicks is implemented.

RMT code is vxWorks dependent originally and tickGet() is used. We will

give it up and change the relevant codes.

I will delete those file changes from the libCom patch too.
