It's a fairly trivial comment, but I've become rather confused over the
version numbering used in generalTime. David Thompson released a version
1-2-0 of generalTime earlier this year, which was a complete
"makeBaseApp" tree.

The latest code at the above link is labelled as version 1.2, but there
is no directory structure. It seems to me to be "version 1.2 of the
EventTime driver for generalTime", intended to be applied on top of the
generalTime distribution. Is that true?

If so, should it be rolled into a new full release of generalTime, with
a new version number?

Once I get the versioning sorted, I look forward to trying it out.
