Hi Jeff,

Unfortunately Mantis is currently broken; the version we're using is very old, and pre-dates PHP5, which our webserver was upgraded to last week. I thought I had tested it before they did the upgrade, but I must have missed something and I haven't had a chance to investigate in detail yet.
The worst-case scenario is that I may have to replace Mantis with something else, which will mean trying to convert the existing bug database — an upgrade to the latest version of Mantis probably falls into that category too since I think it has changed quite a bit since our version. If I do have to replace it, I will endevour to keep as much of our existing bug history as I can, but I can't promise that everything will copy over.
Any suggestions for a web-based bug-tracker using a MySQL database from any core-talk readers? I'm certainly interested in Trac and would be open to other suggestions, but don't say Bugzilla, it's too hard to configure.
