Hello Geyang, 

here I attach a patch-file. You should apply it to base-3.14.8.2
This patch adds support for freebsd-x86 & freebsd-x86_64 architectures. 
To build just define environment variable EPICS_HOST_ARCH=freebsd-x86
(or freebsd-x86_64 if you want 64-bit version).
