3.14.8 is looking good!

I ran all available tests today (using the CVS status of this morning):

All tests from base, catime, acctst, all possible mrkSoftTest routines(native and cross HPUX-linux), and the makeBaseApp example.


I don't find anything that is not working on HP-UX 10.20 (dynamic build).
