I updated the wiki page for "V4 Design: Record Processing".
It is a major revision and hopefully the ideas are expressed more clearly.

The link support describes the new meaning of block. It does not use

Benjamins ideas for link support. I still think block as defined in the

wiki is far easier to implement and also easier for application

developers to understand.

Note that several other wikis are now out of date. Updates coming next week.
