Hello all,

I think it would make sense to create a dedicated mailing list for these EPICS 
V4 design questions. One advantage is that everything can be archived (so you 
can read stuff even if you dont' subscribe). Another is that I like to 
auto-sort my mail which a lot easier if stuff comes from a list server. A 
third one is that discussions would be open to other interested people.
