Added an explicit include of tsDefs.h before cadef.h to avoid the functions in it being declared as export and also to avoid its allocating space when it should be declaring a reference. |

Added epicsShareAPIV for variable args functions. These cannot be _stdcall, so the current implementation was not working. epicsShareAPIV should be used for functions with both ... and va_list type arguments. |
