Bugs fixed:
	Log only to specified logfile (not to screen).
	Only create the logfile if it is written to for some reason.
	List all PVs that could not be connected to in log.
	Added the parameter 'Time' that is the UNIX seconds since epoch.
	Fixed missing parameters in SDDS files.
