Following the tradition: Center for Nanoscale Materials Colloquium Series
It has been a tradition for many years that winners of important awards are invited to give a seminar at the Center for Nanoscale Materials Colloquium Series. On December 5th, Volker Rose presented a talk that highlighted the objectives and achievements of the SXSPM project. As recipient of a 2012 Early Career Research Program Award funded by the Office of Science through the Division of Scientific User Facilities, Office of Basic Energy Sciences of the U.S. Department of Energy, Volker and his team will develop the SXSPM technique and apply it to scientific problems in energy materials. The Center for Nanoscale Materials (CNM) at Argonne National Laboratory is a premier user facility, providing expertise, instruments, and infrastructure for interdisciplinary nanoscience and nanotechnology research. Academic, industrial, and international researchers can access the center through its user program for both nonproprietary and proprietary research.
