To publish your abstract, we will need a contributor's publication release. If we don't receive a release, you may still display your poster or present your talk; your poster/talk title will be listed in the program book but the abstract will not be published.
Clicking "I AGREE" on the poster abstract submission form or the speaker registration form constitutes agreement to the text below headed "Publication Release Form." Alternatively, you can use a hard copy of Form ANL-580, Contributors Publication Release (Word), and fax it to 630-252-9250, attn: Connie Vanni.
Note for Argonne authors: You must submit abstracts for the usual Argonne clearance process. If all authors are from Argonne, the contributor's publication release is not required, but we will need a copy of the clearance confirmation: send it to Connie Vanni, email@example.com by April 17.

Before we can publish your submission to the 2010 APS/EMC Users Meeting, we
must obtain publication clearance from you. Please do one of the
following as soon as possible:
IF YOU ARE AUTHORIZED TO GRANT APPROVAL FOR YOUR PUBLICATION:
(a) Read the paragraph below headed "PUBLICATION RELEASE FORM."
(b) If you agree to abide by the terms and conditions in that
check "I AGREE" at the top of the abstract submission form when submitting your abstract (or, for speakers, on the speaker registration form).
IF YOU NEED ORGANIZATIONAL AUTHORIZATION FOR PUBLICATION APPROVAL:
(a) Print this page.
(b) Sign on the "Author's signature" line at (A) below.
(c) Obtain the necessary signature on the "Organization
required" line at (B) below.

For your abstract to be printed in the program book, clearances must be received by April 17.
