In a departure from previous years, we will need a contributor's publication release from each institution in order to publish your abstract. If we don't receive a release, you may still display your poster; your poster title will be listed in the poster index but the abstract will not be published.

Clicking "I AGREE" on the poster abstract submission form constitutes agreement to the text below headed "Publication Release Form." Alternatively, you can use a hard copy of Form ANL-580, Contributors Publication Release (Word), and fax it to 630-252-9250, attn: Connie Vanni.

Note for Argonne authors: You must submit abstracts for the usual Argonne clearance process. If all authors are from Argonne, the contributor's publication release is not required.

Contributor's Publication Release

Before we can publish your submission to 2009 Argonne Users Week, we must obtain publication clearance from you. Please do one of the following as soon as possible:

IF YOU ARE AUTHORIZED TO GRANT APPROVAL FOR YOUR PUBLICATION:
(a) Read the paragraph below headed "PUBLICATION RELEASE FORM."
(b) If you agree to abide by the terms and conditions in that paragraph, check "I AGREE" at the top of the abstract submission form when submitting your abstract.

WITHOUT THIS CLEARANCE WE CANNOT PUBLISH YOUR SUBMISSION OR POST IT ON THE WEB.
