Shipping Information

• ALL SHIPPING of exhibitor materials to and from the 2005 APS/CNM Users Meeting must be handled though Chicago Party Rental. The APS and CNM do not have the resources to manage or store incoming or outgoing freight for exhibitors. There are no exceptions to this requirement, and we greatly appreciate your cooperation.

• Vendors are welcome to cart their own exhibit materials in personal vehicles to the meeting. Please be aware that the guards at the Main Gate may wish to inspect your vehicle as you enter Argonne National Laboratory.

• Security is provided for exhibit area throughout the off-hours of the Users Meeting.

• To avoid additional charges, all incoming shipments for the 2005 APS/CNM Users Meeting must be received at Chicago Party Rental's warehouse before 4:00 pm on Thursday, April 28, 2005.

• Please use the shipping forms to order and pay for shipment of your materials.
  .
• For outgoing shipments after the meeting, simply re-pack your exhibit items and leave them at your vendor table with appropriate Chicago Party Rental forms.
