Dear Exhibitor,

This year, we're pleased to announce expanded opportunities for you to reach current and prospective customers at the joint user meeting for the Advanced Photon Source (APS) and the Center for Nanoscale Materials (CNM). We're providing additional exhibit locations, more hours, and complimentary quarter-page ad space in both programs books, as well as lunch and banquet tickets for two representatives from your company.

This joint meeting will be held from Monday, May 2, 2005, through Friday, May 6 (exhibit hours from Monday morning through Thursday noon) in the Building 402 APS Conference Center. The APS user community is celebrating its tenth anniversary of first light, and the CNM looks forward to its future of advancements in nanoscale science and technology. We expect an excellent crowd to join us for good science and fun.

This year, exhibitor registration for the APS/CNM User Meeting is entirely Web-based. Registration materials and meeting-related information are posted on the Web at http://www.aps.anl.gov/Users/Meeting. General meeting information will be posted as if becomes available–please check the Web site often. Please submit your fully completed registration form and payment early–as before, space is assigned on a first-paid, first-served basis, with April 1, 2005, as the deadline for exhibitor registration. You'll notice that this year, in addition to the additional opportunities your registration fee provides, we also have available a number of new opportunities for recognizing your company: named sponsorship events, named student recognition prizes, and expanded ad space in the meeting program/abstract books.

If you wish to have this first announcement sent to someone other than you, please notify us via e-mail (vendor@aps.anl.gov) of the preferred contact person.

We look forward to seeing you at this exciting event.

Best regards,

Connie Vanni
