Each hutch is equipped with one or more Emergency Beam Stop Buttons which, when pushed, will shut off the beamline. These are to be used only in emergency situations (i.e. the beamline is running while you are still in the hutch). To shut off the beamline under normal conditions, use the Personal Safety System (PSS) Control Panel.
