Subject: Sector 7 Management Safety Inspection Report

Division:	XFD			Location:  Sector 7 Beamline Areas
Date of Inspection:		6/29/05
Inspected by:			Mark Beno and Jeff Alicz

The following items were identified during the inspection as needing 
corrective action:

1.  Portable GFCIs outside of 7-ID-D need to be tested for CY05 
compliance (see photo below).  You may arrange to borrow a GFCI tester 
from the XFD ES&H Coordinator or the 432 Floor Coordinator's Office.


2.  There is no rear access door on the Newport motion controller in 
7-ID-C (see photo below).


3.  The egress aisleway is blocked near 7-ID-B and needs to be cleared 
(see photo below).


4.   7-BM-B needs to be rearranged to allow access to the storage ring 
door and electrical panel (see photo below).


5.  The electrical panel in 7-BM-A is obstructed (see photo below).


6.  The items in the Experiment Hall need to either be disposed of or 
relocated to a more appropriate storage area (see photos below).
